Our STI Blood Screen provides confidential testing for four important blood-borne sexually transmitted infections.

It is suitable if you want routine sexual health screening, have had a new sexual partner, are concerned about a possible exposure, or simply want reassurance about your sexual health.

What we test for:

• HIV 1 & 2, including p24 antigen

• Syphilis

• Hepatitis B

• Hepatitis C

 

Testing:

Testing requires a simple blood sample taken at our Hitchin clinic.

Do I also need Chlamydia & Gonorrhoea testing?

​

This screen tests for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. It does not test for chlamydia or gonorrhoea.
